For births after that date, the child's certificate must be accompanied by evidence that, at the time of the birth, at least one of the parents was an Australian citizen.) OR
  • Australian or New Zealand passport (of student NOT parent) OR
  • Australian citizenship certificate (of student or parent) OR
  • Appropriate visa

Other Original documents required

Year 8

Year 8 Academic Merit entry students are selected on the basis of an order of merit. All applicants in this category sit the specific selection test which forms the primary selection criterion. Past test papers are not available. To assist the Enrolment Panel to make a determination that is, in their opinion, in the best educational interests of the applicant, the Principal reserves the right to also consider other information sources. All the documentation listed should therefore be submitted in every case.

  • School reports: Child's original reports for previous two semesters
  • Application package completed by applicant's parents
  • Processing Fee: $100.00 Non-refundable fee (includes GST)

Year 11

Academic Merit Applicants for Year 11 are selected on the basis of an order of merit, up to the enrolment capacity of the school.

We need to see the following original documents:

  • Original School Report for Semester 1 of Year 10 and results of any academic competitions
  • Original School Report for Semester 2 of Year 10 once available
  • Processing Fee: $100.00 Non-refundable fee (includes GST)

To ensure prompt processing of the application, all relevant original documents should be included with the application form. Applications which are incomplete will not be processed.

Note 1:

All applications must include the original documents and a photocopy of each document. The original will be sighted and the supplied copy verified. The original documents will be returned to the applicant's parents (identification required) or will be returned via mail.
